The Simple I’ll Miss

A journey through the heart, for myself, and a man who appreciates it.

This blog is meant to be read as a collection of short stories I’ve been blessed enough to experience. My hope is these snap shots into my dearest memories will magnify the value of living a simple life with those you love.
Reflect, reminisce, and enjoy!

Hello

What makes an individual uniquely different? I grew up in a rather large, interconnected family in southeastern Kentucky. As I aged, I began to notice an inability from my millennial counterparts to see and understand the world when engaging in deep conversation. My perspective on joy, peace, the concept of happiness, life's fulfillment, were all topics that seemed to be unexplainable to them. You see, I believe it is the collection of each aspect of our lives, that compound over time to make us unique - to our family, our communities, and most importantly to ourselves.

Every story I will share is a real life core memory for me. I hope in reading mine you allow yourself to reevaluate the moments from your life that cause you to say, that's "the simple I'll miss".
